<p>A flexible film is provided to arrange a circuit pattern of the film, an electrode of a panel, and a circuit of a driving unit by forming one hole or more in the flexible film. A flexible film includes an insulating film(100a), a metal layer(120a,130a), and a hole(140a). The metal layer is located on the surface of the insulating film. One hole is formed by passing through the insulating film and the metal layer. The insulating film includes one of polyimide, liquid crystal polymer and polyester. The metal layer includes one of nickel, gold, chrome and copper. The hole is formed separately with the distance of 50 to 80% of the width of the insulating film.</p> |
