A focusing board assembly for an image diagnosing device is provided to reduce the psychological pressure of a patient by showing various colors or patterns on the focusing board through an opening. A guide groove(22) is formed in an inner circumference of a hollow bore(20). A supporting member(41) is slidably installed in the guide groove. A focusing board(10) is pivotally installed in the supporting member. The various colors and patterns are expressed on the focusing board. A cover(30) is fixed to the supporting member. An opening is formed in the cover. The rotating unit selectively rotates the focusing board. The rotating unit includes a plurality of protrusions and a spray unit. A plurality of protrusions are formed in the focusing board with the fixed interval. The spray unit selectively sprays the air to the plurality of protrusions.
