<p>A purifying component generated by water purifying means is applied to water in a water tank. The water containing the purifying component is supplied to an adsorbing member of a humidifying rotor. In the adsorbing member, harmful matter contained in the water is purified by the purifying component. As a result, clean humidifying water is imparted from the humidifying rotor to air.</p>
