<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase yield of molded products by always monitoring the states of molding axes, and smoothly exchanging the components according to the situations. <P>SOLUTION: A production management system for a molding machine includes: lens molding machines 10<SB>1</SB>-10<SB>n</SB>with the molding shafts 20<SB>1</SB>-20<SB>8</SB>; controllers 11<SB>1</SB>-11<SB>n</SB>arranged for each of the lens molding machine 10<SB>1</SB>-10<SB>n</SB>so as to control the molding shafts 20<SB>1</SB>-20<SB>8</SB>; and a management server 12 for performing data management, based on data received from the controllers 11<SB>1</SB>-11<SB>n</SB>. The management server 12 predicts and calculates the replacement timing of upper molds 37 and lower molds 38, etc., as components of the molding shafts 20<SB>1</SB>-20<SB>8</SB>, based on cumulated molding quantity data for molding formed by the molding shafts 20<SB>1</SB>-20<SB>8</SB>or/and molding time data to be required for molding, and then, displays the calculation result on a display part 12a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
