PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage a period performing repair and cleaning of a burn-in board by accurately monitoring inferior information of a socket. SOLUTION: A burn-in system includes: a test result obtaining means for obtaining whether a device to be tested inserted in the socket is failed or passed in a burn-in test in each socket; a history information holding means for holding test results of prescribed number-of-times as history information in each socket of each burn-in board; and a first mask setting means for setting a mask in which the device to be tested is not inserted in the burn-in test concerning the socket in which the number of failed times is a first threshold or more in the history information of the test result held with the history information holding means.
