PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-sealed vibration control device of a novel structure by the less number of components, for holding a valve element for switching a fluid flow passage to a communicating state and a cutoff state by controlling current-carrying to a coil, in an objective switching state without requiring the current-carrying to the coil. SOLUTION: The coil 80 is arranged for forming a magnetic field by the current-carrying. A yoke member 97 is installed in the coil 80. While arranging a first magnetic pole part 88 and second magnetic pole parts 94 and 96 in the yoke member 97 for generating respective one magnetic poles by the current-carrying to the coil 80, a movable valve element 106 having a permanent magnet is arranged between the first magnetic pole part 88 and the second magnetic pole parts 94 and 96. By switching the current-carrying direction to the coil 80, the movable valve element 106 is driven and displaced by attraction force and resiliency acting between the first magnetic pole part 88, the second magnetic pole parts 94 and 96 and the movable valve element 106, and the fluid flow passage 104 is switched to the communicating state and the cutoff state by the movable valve element 106.
