PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headlight control device capable of adequately irradiating the watching direction of a driver even when executing the stabilization control. SOLUTION: The headlight control device for controlling the irradiation range of a headlight 11 for irradiating the forward side of a vehicle comprises a stabilization control state determination means 21 for determining whether or not the stabilization control for stabilizing the traveling behavior of a vehicle 1 is executed, a traveling behavior estimating means 22 for estimating the traveling behavior of the vehicle 1 after the elapse of the predetermined time, and an irradiation range control means 23 for controlling the irradiation range of the headlight 11 based on the traveling behavior of the vehicle 1 after the elapse of the predetermined time to be estimated by the traveling behavior estimating means 22, when stabilization control execution is executed by the determination means 21.
