PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably present a content to be acquired via a network. SOLUTION: A portable terminal 2 to be applied to a terminal device includes: a search processing function 11a for searching an apparatus connected to the network so as to acquire an apparatus identifier; a content information acquiring function 11c for acquiring information of a content stored in the apparatus from the searched apparatus; a storage part 14 for storing management information which is obtained by associating the apparatus identifier being the identifier for identifying each apparatus with the information of the content which is acquired by each apparatus; a comparison determining function 11d for comparing the apparatus identifier with the stored apparatus identifiers, specifying the apparatus identifier which does not coincide with the apparatus identifiers which are stored in the storage part 14 and acquired, and extracting the information of the content stored in accordance with the specified apparatus identifier; an integration processing function 11f for generating a content list; and a display part 16 for displaying the content list.
