PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fittings capable of preventing a regulation mechanism from being damaged when a sash is closed even in any condition of the condition for regulating an opening/closing angle of the sash and the condition for releasing the regulation. SOLUTION: The fittings have the regulation mechanism for regulating an opening angle of the sash provided in a frame body and opened or closed by turning. The fittings also have a guide part which guides a pin member provided on a base member and moved into the regulation releasing condition in which it is positioned outside a guide groove for guiding the pin member from the regulation condition in which it is positioned in the guide groove onto either of the frame body and the sash from the base member when the sash is closed and a slide member provided slidably on either of the frame body and the sash and supporting an arm having the pin member slides while the sash is opened.
