<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by making a cable (inner wire and outer tube) for transmitting motion of a drive member (equalizer) installed in a housing to an operation member detachable from the outside of the housing. <P>SOLUTION: Connection plates 71, 81 drive force-transmittably connected to the equalizer 12 in the housing (41) can be exposed to the outside of the housing through openings 41b2, 41c2 provided on outer tube mounting parts 41b, 41c of the housing. Cable end pins 72, 82 connected to one end parts 21a, 31a of the inner wire can be attached/detached to the connection plates 71, 81 from the outside of the housing.
