PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic transfer paper that is capable of surely suppressing curling even under conditions in which curls are easily made and is excellent in conveyance of paper in an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic transfer paper contains pulp fiber. In this paper, Oken type smoothness is≥20 sec and≤200 sec, a difference in the degree of shrinkage between the surface and back of the paper in a CD direction is≥-0.007%/% and≤0.007%/%, the viscoelastic characteristics of the paper in the CD direction satisfy equation (1): 750≤E<SB>2</SB>≤1,500, and equation (2): 7,500≤μ<SB>2</SB>≤300,000.
