A roof apparatus combined hull coverlet is provided to prevent inflow of rainwater and the like into the hull in anchorage of the ship and to protect the user from adverse conditions. A roof apparatus combined hull coverlet comprises a roof unit(100) and a lifting unit(140). The roof unit has a frame(110) of the shape corresponding to the upper side of a hull(130), and a cover selectively closing the inside of the frame. The cover is composed of first and second roll shafts, a cover roll(121), and a roof roll(123). The first and the second roll shaft are mounted on the frame across the frame inside. The cover roll is a soft film wound on the first roll shaft. The roof roll is a soft or hard shutter wound on the second roll shaft. The first and the second roll shaft are equipped with elastic members for rolling of the cover roll and the roof roll. The lifting unit raises the roof unit from the top of the hull and supports it. The lifting unit is composed of a pole(141), a cylinder(142) hinged on one side of the pole and the hull, and a shaft(143) inserted or extended lengthwise in the cylinder and hinged on the frame.
