PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate trouble in cap replacement or the like while suitably preventing a cap to be attached to a cellular phone from falling off. SOLUTION: The cellular phone includes: a connector 15 which is provided in a casing 11; the cap 12 which is openably attached to a connection port of a connector 15; an engagement leg part 16 which is provided at a part of the cap 12 and engages the cap 12 into the casing 11; and a latch member 14 which latches the engagement leg part 16 inserted from a latch hole P which is provided at the peripheral edge of the connection port of the connector 12. The latch member 14 is provided with a latch projection 18, the latch projection 18 is inserted from an aperture Q provided at a part of the casing 11, the engagement leg part 16 inserted from the latch hole P is held to the latch projection 18 at a loosely fitted state, an engagement edge 17 provided at the tip of the engagement leg part 16 is latched to the latch projection 18 at an open state of the cap 12, and detachment of the engagement leg part 16 from the latch hole P is restrained.
