PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a tilt error caused by a stress that accompanies deformation of an actuator base member, being released by displacement of an adjusting screw after adjusting a tilt of an optical pickup. SOLUTION: By fitting washers 9 at bases of screw parts of tilt adjusting screws 5 and 6 and fitting the washers 9 into washer receiving parts 10 provided in a chassis 1, when a deforming stress of the actuator base member 2 is released, movement of the adjusting screws 5 and 6 in a radial direction is limited and a tilt error is suppressed. Further, by reducing a friction coefficient between the tilt adjusting screws 5 and 6 and chassis 1 to minimize deformation of the actuator base member 2, a tilt error is suppressed.
