METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MELTING MATERIALS OF STAINLESS STEEL

A manufacturing method of a stainless melting material is provided to prevent environmental contamination due to a sulfate ingredient and fluorine by preventing generation of second sludge. A manufacturing method of a stainless melting material comprises the following steps of: mixing water and lime in stainless neutralization sludge generated in a pickling factory; adjusting pH of mixed slurry to 12.0 or more; performing a sintering process on the mixed slurry at temperature of 300-800°C; adding a byproduct containing stainless steel into sintered powder; rising metal density to 40% or more; molding the powder in a binder; and removing moisture by drying a molding product.
