PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed bag having a fastener capable of positively performing a function of inhibiting either powder or liquid stored therein from adhering to the fastener during transportation or entering a part other than a storing part over the fastener and further achieving simplification of manufacturing processes. SOLUTION: Film-like sheet materials 12 are overlapped to each other to form a sealed state having a storing part 16. A fastener sheet 20 is fixed to its seal opening side. Printing ink is applied to coat along the fastener sheet in a strip-like manner on the side of the storing part 16 of the inner surfaces of the film-like sheets 12 rather than on the side of the fastener 20, an ink coated part 28 is thermally stuck in a strip-like manner from the outer surfaces of the film-like sheet materials, thereby there is provided a separable adhesion part 26 for preventing contents 14 from flowing to the fixed part of the fastener sheet and further capable of being easily separated when the sealed part is opened.
