PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle parts which can be mounted on a lead-acid storage battery easily inexpensively without becoming an obstacle when loaded on a vehicle and fixed to the storage battery, wherein the storage battery mounted with the handle parts can be mounted on the vehicle and used for a long period until the terminal period of a service-life. SOLUTION: This is a handle structure constituted by only inserting fixing parts made by an insert molding in such a way that the fixing parts are formed at both end parts of a resin fiber made band made by an insert resin molding, insertion ports for the fixing parts of both band ends are formed at both side faces of a cap of the lead-acid storage battery, and a fitting angle of the insertion port and the fixing part is determined so that the angle between the band and the band fixing part becomes a lifting angle of 90°or less.
