A probe and analysis system for inside and outside surfaces of a pipe is provided to reduce the acquired amount of data by capturing front and side images inside the pipe at the same time and increasing the thickness of unit pixel of the image. A probe and analysis system for inside and outside surfaces of a pipe comprises a probe self-driving vehicle(100), an image capturing part(200), a ground penetrating radar(300), an encoder(400), a computer(500), and an optical cable(600). The probe self-driving vehicle is equipped with a drive motor and travels inside the pipe. The image capturing part is equipped with a lens adapter and a digital camera and installed on the front end of the probe self-driving vehicle to capture the front and side images inside the pipe. The ground penetrating radar is installed on the top of the probe self-driving vehicle. The encoder is installed on the top of the ground penetrating radar and contacts the inner upper surface of the pipe to measure the travel distance of the probe self-driving vehicle when the probe self-driving vehicle travels inside the pipe. The computer is embedded with field test program to collect and store the images from the image capturing part and electromagnetic wave from the ground penetrating radar, and probe analysis program to synthesize, edit, and analyze images based on the collected data. The optical cable is connected to the computer and the probe self-driving vehicle to transmit the data collected in the probe self-driving vehicle to the computer.
