A miniaturized band-pass filter using a reduced lambda/4 transmission line is provided to show an energy-saving property at a little cost. A miniaturized band-pass filter using a reduced lambda/4 transmission line comprises a support layer, a circuit unit and a lambda/4 transmission line. The support layer is made of semiconductor wafer. The circuit unit is located between a multi-layered insulating layer and the support layer. The lambda/4 transmission line is formed on the circuit unit. The band-pass filter includes the at least one lambda/4 transmission line connected to a capacitor in parallel in an input/output connection area of a connection line whose end part is circuit-shorted in a diagonal direction. The band-pass filter is surrounded with a ground plane.
