A vehicle air-conditioner is provided to form a receiving part having a combining hole so as to assemble cases without using a screw to thereby reduce the manufacturing cost. A vehicle air-conditioner(100) includes an air-conditioner case(110) and a combining means(120). The air-conditioner case includes a plurality of cases(111,112) and has an internal air passage. An air inlet(113) is formed at the inlet of the air-conditioner case. Air outlets(114a,114b) are formed at the outlet of the air-conditioner case. The combining means combines the cases such that the cases are separated from each other. The combining means is formed on the combining face of each case. The combining means includes a protrusion(121), a receiving part(125), a fastening projection(122) and a fastening hole(126).
