THE PREPARING METHOD OF RHODIOLA SACHALINESIS ROOTS EXTRACT

A method for preparing Rhodiola sachalinesis root extract is provided to increase yield of extracts while reducing cytotoxin through ultrahigh-pressure treatment and ultrasonic treatment. A method for preparing Rhodiola sachalinesis root extract comprises the following steps of: putting Rhodiola sachalinensis root into an ultrahigh-pressure extractor and extracting it at 500Mpa for 5-15 minutes; extracting the extract again with 10 times the amount of distilled water as an extraction solvent at the temperature of 60°C through 24 hours; and treating the extracts in an ultrasonic wave extractor with ultrasonic wave having a frequency of 40Hz at 60°C through 30 minutes.
