A chip mounting apparatus is provided to improve an installation space of a monitor and to overcome a restriction of the installation space by installing a monitor at a cover or forming the cover having a rotatable structure. A chip mounting apparatus includes a cover(120), a monitor(130), a monitor rotation unit, and a window. The cover is rotatably installed at a center of a main body. The monitor is installed at the cover. The monitor is formed with an organic EL(Electro-Luminescence) display. The monitor rotation unit is installed at the cover and the monitor in order to rotate the monitor. A window is formed at the cover of the monitor rotation unit. The monitor rotation unit includes a window formed at the cover, a rotary shaft formed at an upper part and a lower surface of the monitor, and a step motor for rotating the monitor as much as 180 degrees in left and right directions. The rotary shaft is inserted into a shaft insertion hole of the window. The step motor is connected with the rotary shaft in order to transmit the rotatory power.
