A mounting structure of a vacuum sealing unit and an installation method of the vacuum sealing unit using the same are provided to lower strength of a work and to shorten a work time without inserting and separating forcedly the vacuum sealing unit by performing simultaneously a process for fixing the vacuum sealing unit to a first member and a process for combining a second member with the first member. A mounting structure of a vacuum sealing unit(200) includes a first member(110), a second member(120), and a combination unit. In the first member, a first side(111) of a peripheral part is lower than a second side(112) of a central part on the basis of a stepped side(114) as a boundary. The second member is combined in the first side of the first member. A groove into which the vacuum sealing unit is inserted is formed between the second member and the stepped side. The first member and the second member are combined with each other by the combination unit.
