METHOD FOR CONTROL TARGET SINR WITH REFERENCE SIGNAL

A method for controlling a reference power ratio by using a reference channel is provided to buff phenomena that power is temporarily increased or power is temporarily decreased. A change amount of a receiving SINR(Signal-to-Interference-plus-Noise Ratio) is calculated by calculating a difference between an average SINR of a calculated previous channel window section and an average SINR of a calculated present channel window section(S250). Detection of error is checked. A reference SINR is controlled by using the receiving SINR and the change amount(S260).
