FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of preserved food for dietary meals. Canned food is cooked by carrots and raw onions cutting and browning in vegetable oil, liver cutting and frying in melted butter, spinage cutting and freezing, buckwheat boiling till it is twice increased by volume, mixing of listed components with table salt and calcium or magnesium glutamate under oxygen-free conditions, packing of obtained mixture and drinking water, sealing and sterilisation. ^ EFFECT: this invention allows to expand range of technical means and dishes used in manufacturing of canned food which ensures increase of its digestibility. |
