FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method is performed by cutting and freezing runner beans and greens. They are mixed with culinary salt and hot black pepper under oxygen-free conditions. The meat is sliced and fried in the melted fat. Meat is packed with the obtained mixture and melted fat at specified ration of components. Then hermetic sealing and sterilisation follow. ^ EFFECT: method allows manufacturing of a product with increased digestibility. |
