FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises an intramedullary titanium pin with locking holes for blocking screws. The intramedullary pin is covered with bioactive coat made of polymethyl methacrylate bone cement containing hydroxyapatite and antibacterial agents concentrated 3-10% as related to bone cement. ^ EFFECT: invention ensures simplified treatment of compound, including open fractures, combined with liquidation of the inflammatory processes in tubular bone, pain management, as well as possibility to prevent pathological bone fractures with simultaneous reduction of apparatus cost. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
