<p>PURPOSE: A stability operation system of an air separation unit is provided to reduce time taken to stabilize liquid oxygen level and pressure and thus, to improve the operation ratio of the air separation unit. CONSTITUTION: The stability operation system of an air separation unit includes an oxygen supply pipe(10) branched from a liquid oxygen discharge pipe(197), where the liquid oxygen discharge pipe(197) is installed in a manner that liquid oxygen(162) of a rectifying column(130) is discharged to an oxygen tank(180). The oxygen supply pipe(10) is divided into an oxygen pipe(182) and a branch pipe(12). Also, a liquid oxygen pipe(14) branched from the oxygen pipe(182) is connected to the lower part of the oxygen tank(180). Hydraulic control valves(30,32) are installed in the oxygen supply pipe(10) and the branch pipe(12), respectively, between the pump(20) and the oxygen tank(180), and between the pump(20) and the oxygen pipe(182).</p> |
