PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate repairing of flat tire and suppress reduction of riding comfort while reducing road noise by cavity resonance. SOLUTION: The tire is provided with an annular sound-absorption layer extending in a tire circumferential direction on an inner surface of an inner liner in a predetermined range between a bead toe position of a bead part and an inner surface position of a tread ground-contact end. The sound-absorption layer is constituted by a non-woven fabric having a density of less than 20 kg/m<SP>3</SP>, and/or it has a plurality of notch parts extending from at least one of ends in a tire radial direction of the sound-absorption layer in a direction transversely crossing the tire circumferential direction.
