TEA USING PHELLINUS LINTEUS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A granular tea containing Phellinus linteus and a preparation method thereof are provided to improve solubility and preservation period while lowering or removing bitterness of Phellinus linteus by concentrating Phellinus linteus extract, Ganoderma lucidum extract and Gastrodia elata extract with saccharides. Phellinus linteus, Ganoderma lucidum and Gastrodia elata are extracted at the temperature range of 50-110°C. Each extract is concentrated until the extracts become 40-70Brix. Saccharides are mixed to the each concentrate. The concentrates are granulated. The granulated materials are dried at 50-80°C for 10-15 hours to obtain Phellinus linteus granule, Ganoderma lucidum granule and Gastrodia elata granule. The saccharides represent fructo-oligosaccharide or chito-oligosaccharide. The granular tea contains 5-50wt% of Phellinus linteus extract, 10-50wt% of Gastrodia elata extract, 2-50wt% of Ganoderma lucidum extract and 20-40wt% of saccharides.
