<p>A method, system and device for collecting user information are provided. The system includes: a content analysis unit, for obtaining a short message which the user transmits or receives, and the characteristic information of the user which will be collected; then matching a content of the short message and the characteristic of the user which wants to be collected, determining whether the user corresponds to the characteristic of the user which will be collected or not, according to a result of matching; when the user corresponds to the characteristic of the user which will be collected, collecting the information of the user and then storing it in an user storage unit. The system also includes: the user storage unit, for classifying and storing the information of the user according to the characteristic.</p> |
