<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality evaluation system of a radio communication network for presenting the necessity of the improvement measure of communication quality from a viewpoint of the improvement of customer satisfaction. <P>SOLUTION: The quality evaluation system of a radio communication network is provided with a means for calculating a quality deterioration area rate (S/S<SB>0</SB>) from the rate of an area surface S, in which the index of radio quality is equal to or less than a predetermined threshold, to an area S<SB>0</SB>of the radio area concerning each radio area for providing a radio communication service; a means for estimating a traffic volume L generated in each radio area; and a means for outputting an index C for judging whether or not it is necessary to perform the improvement measure of the communication quality based on the quality deterioration area rate and the traffic volume for every radio area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
