<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide therapeutic and/or preventive material and article for chronic headache, which is capable of safely, easily and effectively ameliorating and/or preventing the symptoms of chronic headache almost without side effect. <P>SOLUTION: This therapeutic and/or preventive material contains vegetable carbon fiber.
