A flexible film is provided to ensure excellent heat resistance, platability and adhesive property by forming a metal foil on a polyimide film where an imide ring is opened, and to realize micro circuit patterns. A flexible film(100) comprises a polyimide film(110) where an imide ring is opened; a first metal foil(120a) formed on the polyimide film; and a second metal foil(120b) formed on the first metal foil. The thickness of the polyimide film is 10-40 micron. The sum of the thickness of the first metal foil and the thickness of the second metal foil is 0.5-30 micron. The palladium is absorbed on the polyimide film.
