PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collating device for quickly and easily carrying out the expiration registration of an ID card by terminal equipment (card operation equipment). SOLUTION: When collation is established about ID based on the manual operation of a person accepted by a ten key 221, and fingerprint (biological information) is accepted by a biological information input part 230 in a prescribed period after collation is established, a user collation part 202 collates the fingerprints accepted by the biological information input device 230. When the collation of both the ID and the fingerprint is established by the user collation part 202, an expiration registration part 203 specifies an ID card indicated by the card identifier based on the car identifier associated with the ID in the user information storage part 201, and registers the ID card as expired in 24 hours from the specified point of time in the user information storage part 201.
