PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To look at a navigator and traveling information while looking at the front without turning eyes down in looking at the navigator and the traveling information. SOLUTION: A device to read the information from the windshield is constituted by using a screen of the information to project a screen of the information of the navigator and a speedometer mounted on an upper part of an instrument panel, a traveling distance, a tachometer, instant fuel consumption, time, outside air temperature, etc. on to the windshield by reflecting it on the screen of the information on the upper part of the instrument panel by a light source from the upper part.
