The body (10) has a surface (12) that is turned towards a component with a coating during operation of a clamping device, where the body is made of flexible material such as fluorine-polymer-rubber and designed as a clamping roller. The surface has a convex elevation (14) turned towards the component, where the convex elevation is made of flexible material. The roller surrounds area of an axial case (18), where the roller is torque-proof connected to the axial case. Maximum portion of the convex elevation is arranged centrically along a longitudinal axis (16) of the body.
