The multi-disk clutch has a clutch hub (13), a clutch basket (15) and a pendular ring (37) that is arranged between an actuator (25) and an axial inset (35). The pendular ring works with a clutch disk (19,23) and is tilted at a normal level on a rotation axis (A) of the clutch for the reconciliation of a thickness of the clutch disk.
