BLUE RESIN COMPOSITION

A blue resin composition is provided to ensure spectral characteristics and reliability by mixing a small amount of violet pigment with sulfonated phthalocyanine dye and to form a color filter with high transmittance, high concentration, excellent dispersion characteristics and excellent reliability. A blue resin composition comprises sulfonated phthalocyanine dye, the violet pigment, polymerization binder and transition metal halide. The sulfonic acid or the sulfonate salt introduced to the sulfonated phthalocyanine dye is 1~6. The violet pigment is C I. pigment violet 23th. The polymerization binder is a photopolymerizable binder or a thermopolymerizable binder. The transition metal halide is added in the amount of 0.01-0.5 weight% based on the total weight of the blue resin composition.
