An implant manufacturing method using the ceramic ball is provided, which enhances affinity with cell and seedling vigor and prevents the hole of the teethridge bone from being enlarged. An implant manufacturing method comprises: a step of preliminarily plasticizing ceramic ball at 500-800deg.C; a step of putting the ceramic ball into the preform frame while jetting the water on the ceramic ball; a step of plasticizing the ceramic ball put into the preform frame at 1000-1800deg.C; and a step of processing the ceramic ball in the form of an implant. The diameter of the ceramic ball is 0.05-1 mm.
