An oil drain structure of power transmission is provided to freely change the structure of other apparatuses and HST apparatus by making a separable type of a HST(hydrostatic transmission) apparatus and a clutch. The internal space of the clutch housing(200) is segmented by the front room(210) and the second room(230) by the partition(220). The gear-box(300) is installed at the front room and the HST apparatus(400) is installed at the second room. The rotation power is input to the gear box. The gear box delivers it to the output axis in the parallel. The HST apparatus transfers the engine power delivered from the gear box to the gear for the wheel drive through the driving power train line, at the same time, and to the external work through the PTO(Power Take-Off) transferring lines.
