A quinoxaline derivative is provided to have light emitting element with excellent carrier balance and produce light emitting device having low driving voltage and power. A quinoxaline derivative is denoted by the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, alpha1 and alpha2 is individually arylene group having under 13 of carbon atoms; Ar is aryl group having under 13 of carbon atoms; R1 and R6 is individually hydrogen, alkyl group of 1-6 carbon atoms, or aryl group of under 13 carbon atoms; R2-R5 and R7-R10 is individually hydrogen atom, alkyl group of 1-6 carbon atoms, substituted or non-substituted phenyl group, substituted or non-substituted non-phenyl group. The light emitting element comprises: a first electrode; an EL layer on the first electrode; and a second electrode on the EL layer.
