<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional store management system cannot reliably specify a user. <P>SOLUTION: The store management system includes: a portable terminal 107a for transmitting a terminal unique ID stored in an IC card and displaying store information; a terminal unique ID reader 106 arranged in a store; a store client 105a for transmitting visiting information or leaving information including the terminal unique ID when the user visits or leaves the store; and a management server 101 which is connected to the store client 105a arranged in the plurality of stores via a public network, receives reservation information and the terminal unique ID which are transmitted from the portable terminal 107a, so as to generate store reservation information of the user including the terminal unique ID, returns store reservation information concerning the user to the store client 105a in response to visiting information to be transmitted from the store client, and then, performs processing concerning the leaving of the user, based on the leaving information transmitted from the store client 105a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
