PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information reporting apparatus, an information reporting method and a program for surely reporting the travel direction on a route to a driver. SOLUTION: When a user reaches a point at which the travel direction of a guide intersection and a guide branch on the guide route is guided by a voice, a CPU 41 continuously guides information having priority higher than that of the travel direction of the guide intersection and the guide branch by the voice if the information having the priority higher than the travel direction of the guide intersection and the guide branch is currently guided by the voice through a loudspeaker 16. The CPU 41 vibrates right or left oscillator 73, 74 corresponding to the travel direction of the guide intersection and the guide branch at a predetermined amplitude, and reports the travel direction to the driver (S11-S13:YES-S18).
