PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EMI filter, along with electronic equipment, which has electrostatic discharge protection function and can effectively attenuate the signal of target frequency band. SOLUTION: The EMI filter includes a semiconductor substrate having first and second main surfaces, a first Zener diode having a first cathode and a first anode, a second Zener diode having a second cathode and a second anode, a ground electrode connected to the first and second anodes, a first pad which is arranged on the first main surface and connected to the first cathode, a second pad which is arranged on the first main surface and connected to the second cathode, a resistive element connected between the first and second cathodes, and a capacitance element connected between the first and second cathodes.
