PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclaimer device, stably scraping and breaking piled granular material groups, such as coal, ore, and earth and sand. SOLUTION: The reclaimer device comprises: a harrow frame 50 disposed at a position opposite to an inclination surface of a pile of coal and moved along the inclination surface; and bar-like scraping claws 53 projected from a plurality of portions of the harrow frame 50 toward the inclination surface. With the scraping claws 53 stuck to the inclination surface of the pile of coal, the harrow frame 50 is moved along the inclination surface to scrape and drop the coal on the foot thereof. In the reclaimer device with the above constitution, scraping auxiliary means scraping off on the inclination surface of the pile of coal are disposed and extended between the plurality of scraping claws 53.
