PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TSA (Transportation Security Administration) lock which can be easily reset from a forcibly unlocked condition into a normally locked condition. SOLUTION: When a number lock 1 is locked, a rotary knob 3 is locked. It is unlocked by fitting the number of the number lock 1. With the handle of the rotary knob 3 turned to release a hook, a bag is opened. A cylinder lock 2 is located in a cylinder 4, and it is engaged with the cylinder 4 via a tumbler 6. A forcibly unlocking key can disengage the cylinder lock 2. When the cylinder lock is unlocked, the lock of the rotary knob 3 is disabled to open the bag. The cylinder 4 has a sloping portion 5 for resetting the tumbler 6 from a forcibly unlocking position to a normal position. When the bag is returned as the cylinder lock 2 remains in the forcibly unlocked condition, the cylinder lock 2 is reset into the normal position by using a driver for turning the cylinder lock 2.
