PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transgenic bird including a fowl.

SOLUTION: The vector and a method for changing the expressed form of the bird or for making a desired protein are provided by stably introducing an exogenous nucleic acid sequence into the genome of the bird to express the exogenous sequence. A transformed fowl is produced and the exogenous sequence is expressed at its oviduct. The egg containing the exogenous protein is produced.
