PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy oil fuel reforming system providing high combustion efficiency. SOLUTION: A heavy oil fuel reforming system is provided with a magnet fixed on a top plate connected to both side plates, and a pair of magnets fixed on a steel fuel supply conduit leading elevated temperature heavy oil to a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine of a ship in such a manner that N-pole and S-pole face to both side plates of a substantially U-shape section ferromagnetic material casing. The system is disposed to form magnetic flux perpendicular to flow of the elevated temperature heavy oil fuel, surfaces of three magnets facing an outer wall surface of the fuel supply conduit are fixed on the fuel supply conduit with keeping constant interval with the outer wall surface of the fuel supply conduit, respectively.
