PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin having an extremely high value in industrial utilization, which has high flowability and provides molded articles that maintain performances such as excellent impact strength, heat resistance, and thermal stability which polycarbonate resins originally have, are excellent in flame retardancy, and that provide metallic feeling with little uneven weld part appearance. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition includes 100 pts.wt. of a polycarbonate resin (A), 0.01-5 pts.wt. of a metallic pigment (B), 0.3-25 pts.wt. of mica (except for metal-coated mica and pearl mica) (C), 0.01-0.3 pt.wt. of an organometallic salt compound (D), and 0.05-5 pts.wt. of a fiber-forming fluorine-containing polymer (E), and if desired, a specified flowability improver (F), and is excellent in weld part appearance.
